Burton Concrete Company is a family-owned concrete contractor based in High Point, North Carolina. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: we only collect what you send us so we can answer you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you fill out one of our forms (the free quote forms or the contact form), we receive:

• your name and phone number
• your email address, if you give it
• the service you need, where the job is (a city, ZIP or address) and when you would like it done, if you tell us
• your message or project details
• photos of the project area, if you choose to attach them

We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you: to call or email you back, look at the job, prepare a written quote and schedule the work. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

• Email: each request is emailed to our business inbox (chad@burtonconcretecompany.com), which runs on Google Workspace.
• Website records: a copy is saved as a private record on our website, visible only to the people who manage the site.
• Photos: stored privately on our web server, not in any public gallery. Location data is removed from JPG, PNG and WebP photos when they arrive. Photo files are deleted from the server automatically after 90 days. Copies attached to the email stay in our inbox with the rest of the job record.
• We keep requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work and run the business. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (see below).

Spam protection

To stop automated spam, our forms include a hidden field that real visitors never see, and we briefly keep a coded version of your internet (IP) address for 10 minutes to limit repeated submissions.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics that follow you around the web. Our fonts and service-area map are part of the site itself, so loading a page does not send your information to font or map services. Your browser may remember, until you close the tab, that the opening animation has already played. Cookies are set only for people who log in to manage the site.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to our Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile pages, and to Google reviews. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you visit them.

Who handles it for us

Our website is hosted by Bluehost, and our email runs on Google Workspace. They store and deliver the information for us under their own security and privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email chad@burtonconcretecompany.com or call (336) 477-4414 and we will take care of it.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging concrete work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
